  • What are the shipping and return policy?

    Shipping and Return Policies are dictated by individual sellers.

     

    If sellers did not post their own shipping and return policies, then the marketplace’s shipping and return policies apply. Look at the bottom of this web page to view our shipping and return policies.

  • Are my payments secured?

    Every marketplace and e-commerce site are required by the credit card companies to have the following:

    1. SSL certificates to protect buyer information when submitting an order
    2. Shipping & Return Policies
    3. Fraud protection tools, we use fraudlabs to protect our sellers and buyers from fraudulent orders.
    4. All sellers are verified before any products are published in our marketplace.
  • What if I need to return or exchange this product?

    Please ask your seller about their return and exchange policy.

    You can alternatively submit your request with the form below and we will forward to your seller. Please allow up to 48 hours for the seller to respond.

  • How can I check my order status?

    To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

  • My seller has not responded and its been over 48 hours? what should I do?

    Contact us immediately. We will suspend their account until they respond to your issues.

    • How do I sign up as a seller?

    • How do I go to my Vendor Dashboard, after I register?

      Click on the link in your upper right side of the web page that says, Vendor Dashboard. You should see something similar to this screenshot.

    • What should my Payment Settings be?

      You can put anything in your account profile. You must have a paypal e-mail address, failure to have this address will prevent any orders from being fulfilled. Stripe is preferred, but its optional in the platform. If you do not have a Stripe account, then please set one up. If you do not have a stripe account, all orders will be processed by our Stripe account. We will pay out your share of the sale within 3 business days after the merchandise has been shipped. payment-settings

      The only requirements are the following:

       

      1. Shipping & Returns Policy must be filled, if it is not filled then you must ship items within 3 business days and Returns are within 7 business days after receipt of goods as stated in our main shipping & returns policy.
